I absolutely love this location. It might be busy because it happens to be off the freeway, there are times when the drive-thru runs out the street, and the place might be a little hectic at times but it's service is appreciated. This store is only closes from 11:30pm-4:30am, open during the holidays and you can always count on it for great service.

I was sadly disappointed when I visited this Starbucks. I had a late night of homework ahead of me so my boyfriend and I decided to go to Starbucks and use the driven through. We got our usually drinks, however when my boyfriend ordered his pour over because he prefers the dark roast we were immediately given attitude by the Batista working the drive through, I believe her name was Shanel. She asked if would come in and order because they need to keep there sore through moving. I completely understand that, so I asked if I could complete my order through the drive through since we were already there and then come in to get the pour over which we were them given a rude "sure." When going into the store to receive the drink I patiently waited at a bar stool for a few minutes an then her co workers calls to her in a rude tone "hey where's that coffee girl, outside?" I then replied I was there and received my drink. I am giving this review 2 stars for one reason and that is because our drinks still tasted good and was exactly what I needed for thing night ahead of me. However I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back. I always go to the drive through on N Azusa ave. Everyone there is so nice!

Long lines but awesome service! I usually order an iced dirty Chai with soy. They get it right everytime!

Stopped at this location to grab a quick bit to eat before going back to work. Since I was in a hurry, I decided to go through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I ended up behind this car that took forever at the window. I waited behind this car for over 10 minutes. As a soon as I got to the window, I was handed my order and told that it was on the house! I was willing to pay, but I appreciate the fact that they gave me my order for free to compensate me for the time I spent waiting. Now that is great customer service and I won't hesitate to come back to this location again.

I don't recommend going to this starbucks. Worst service I've had in a very long time... Come on it's just coffee. I understand mistakes can be made but when politely you say, "hey this isn't what I ordered." it's as if the lights turn off in the brain and then attitude. Starbucks we pay high prices for coffee based on quality and customer service. Otherwise I am good with 7-11 or my k-cup.

  • Kalvin K.

Nice and friendly Starbucks off of the freeway. They were happy to do a pour over for me since I wanted a blonde roast coffee mid afternoon. Definitely plan on returning for my coffee needs. The drive thru does back up in the morning.

I've been going to this Starbucks for some time now. I've had good days and bad days. Today is my last day going to this Starbucks. I went through the drive through today at 10am and the girl at the window was so rude. You can tell she just hates her job. Her name was Megan. I've had to deal with her BS attitude too many times and today was enough. I'm not asking to be bubbly with me but c'mon If I ask you for something acknowledge me and tell me "ok" or "sure" then when I ask you for it again cause I didn't think you heard me don't give me your BS attitude. I didn't come off to you that way what's up your a$$....anyways I don't pay $5 a cup of coffee to deal with this. The one on Rowland and citrus has a lot more happier faces.

Found a fly inside of my iced coffee at this location!!! I'm not saying all Starbucks locations are this disgusting but this location is!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

  • Lilyanna C.

Horrible service and coffee! Megan was rude at the drive thru giving me attitude for no reason. Coffee was made with no flavor. Longest line at the drive thru. I Wouldn't recommend anyone coming here.

Conveniently close to home but not always the best service. Sometimes I think they have too many employees behind the counter without direction. The store is always clean. Staff is friendly half the time. They have a busy drive thru. Inside service is not the fastest.

    (3)
  • Marshie M.

It's no wonder they only have three stars. Their staff sucks. Very condescending. And I tipped her! I'm pissed. No milk out, had to wait while the barista walked by and didn't acknowledge me three separate times. Kinda dirty too. Okay I need to say after sitting outside and eating our breakfast sandwich's, my husband and I agreed they redeemed themselves a bit. I went back in for a refill and ice water. We were greeted very friendly by the same person who an hour before was snippy. Go figure, Batista's are human too...although I can relate, I don't tolerate rudeness in customer service jobs. After all, as a consumer I have choices and don't want to pay to be treated poorly. Just say'in.

  • Vetta H.

Hmmmmm, I was just about to write a review on how SLOW the drive thru is, BUT when I finally pulled up to the window, the guy gave me my drinks and said, "it's on us today." Way to save your review Starbucks!!

  • Alissa V.

Seems like a group of children run this store. Had to remind them between laughter and gossip to make my breakfast sandwich while another customer is howling for his muffin. Waited 20 minutes for my order. No customer service. Seems like a fun place to work though. Food was delicious. Will not return.

  • Terri N.

Just went thru the drive thru and the blond at the window was less than accommodating. Hateful really. 1st she couldn't hear us order, then when we got up to pay my 90 yr old mother in law wanted us to verify that her latte was decaf( she has heart issues).the girl said"that's what you ordered isn't it"! Snarky. The java chip was a mess on the outside and my husband said its the worst one he's ever had.

    (1)
  • Lauren L.

They have a new ordering system that is very much reminiscent of a Vegas billboard. But I think it is way too bright at night you probably don't need coffee when you first look at the screen at night! Staff is very friendly here especially in the morning. It can be quite difficult to turn in coming off the freeway with cars close to your back. I wish they had a special turn left lane. Parking very tight and difficult here. Inside very small. Definitely need to drive thru. Friendliness of staff definitely makes up for everything else and they do open very early.

Great every time. Long lines but they can be entertaining. Coffees hot just the way I lime it.....

Hey so I finally ventured inside this SB, which is the SB I frequent the most. The drive thru was so long, and my jalopy- I mean my vehicle- has been making weird sounds lately so I decided not to stress the engine. Really nice inside, larger than you'd think, with the same, homey assortment of students, hipsters staring at laptops and the older gentleman in the corner reading the paper. No wait. A+ for atmosphere. The baristas were very sweet. My drinks came out fast. The only reason I deducted a star was this was the second time I got a watery- not frozen enough- Frappaccino. And it wasn't due to my flavor-choice because its been 2 diff flavors, 2 separate times. :( No bueno.

    (4)
  • Matthew M.

Shout out to the barista Josh. Went thru the drive thru and I meant to add soy to my iced macchiato but forgot. Came inside and asked if I can switch the drink, with no hesitation he whipped up a new one and let me keep the old one. Great customer service !

    (5)
  • Andrea T.

Very bad customer service, I had called and spoke with an employee named Megan just to ask what she recommended because I haven't been to Starbucks in a while and all she had to say was she can't answer that right now because she has a line and she didn't have time. To tell you the truth that kind of ruined my day. I will not be coming back to this location

    (1)
  • Jack N Mary Z.

What can you say about Starbucks? They are pretty much all the same. Same coffee flavor. Same mess around the sugar/cream table. That's not a complaint, that's expected. Reason, I'm writing about this one, beside messy floors/table, and super friendly staff... that averages out, right? BUT... their bathrooms was missing toilet seat covers. I specifically asked a staff member about it. An hour later when I went back (hey, all that coffee has to go somewhere, right?)... there was still no toilet paper. So, I told them again. Going back a few hours, when I placed my order. I also ordered pastry. I was asked if I want it warmed up, so naturally, I had to wait. It just took so long to get my pastry and change. There was more barista then customers. Why the wait?

  • Tiffany M.

Ordered a lite Carmel frap no whip my father ordered a strawberries and creme frap no whip, the two orders behind us received their drinks first, and when we did receive our order we both had whip cream. We asked if he could get the whip taken off, he took them back spooned out the whip and left a sticky mess all over the cups when he slid them back on the counter. Very rude and unprofessional. When you get the order wrong you do your best to fix it and move on, not punish the people for asking for their correct order. Won't go back to this one. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

Great Service today! I'm impressed...came yesterday and today and both Times it was a huge improvemnt. The store was clean service was fast and friendly..looks like management has been stepping it up.

Everyone has a Starbucks location they can call their own. Welp, this is mine. It's my go-to place during my lunch breaks. Baristas are super friendly at this one! They're no stranger with keeping the conversation going. Not only that, but they know their drinks and are knowledgable with recommendations. Drinks are always made quickly and correctly. Baristas have made a mistake once out of my countless orders (they forgot to add classic sweetener to my tea), and the mistake was easily fixed by request. Extra points for this place having a drive-thru! But be warned: it can and will get busy. If you see the line for the drive-thru past the "Clearance" sign, don't expect to get your drink in less than 5 minutes. If that's the case, skip the drive-thru and head inside! Only thing about this place is the limited parking and small store. If you manage to get parking, there's a 50/50 chance of getting a seat inside. Chances are smaller when the students at the high school down the street are out of class.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, if there's an item on the menu, I'm assuming you MUST carry it, unless your stock is low and don't have any at the moment, correct? Once upon a time there was this beautiful woman whom decided to head out to Ikea, but before she did, she decided to go to Starbucks for her caffeine fix and a little pastry. Long story short that beautiful woman was me. Haha! Anyway, so I asked for a white chocolate mocha and decided to try their Tomato & Cheese Croissant, well apparently that item is no longer part of their menu... then why is it still on there? So I decided to go with the Ham & Cheese Croissant, well the croissant was soggy. Not very appealing or appetizing. -1 star for no longer carrying an item that's on your menu -1 for a very sorry croissant Other than that, the barista was very friendly.

  • Kimberly B.

Why no inventory control? Order Carmel Ribbon Crunch on a Monday and was told "we have no crunchies". The woman before me ordered the new mango tea and was told "sorry we ran out". Hello Manager of Starbucks at 101 N Barranca - it's Monday; go to any of the other 3 Starbucks at Eastland and get some inventory to sell!

  • Bonnie I.

Placed a little awkwardly in the corner of an intersection and a busy shopping plaza. They have a drive thru and that's a plus! The employees are all friendly and I never had a problem with my order. Size wise, it's a little small inside with just a few chairs and sofas if you wanna do some work or hang out. The only downfall is their location and cramped parking lot. They can get pretty busy and if all the parking spots are taken, you're out of luck since it's weird to circle around and come back in. Sometimes the drive thru line can get long and even go into the street. But they make consistent and reliable drinks so it's worth the risk!

Early morning work commuters would probably agree with my opinions on this drive-thru Starbucks. Every morning I ask for a venti iced coffee with half and half, sweetener and one pump of caramel. The reason I ask for it sweetened more than an average drink is because the coffee often tastes burnt and bitter. As long as I can drown out the flavor and get some much needed caffeine, I am satisfied. Although I order the same thing 5 days a week, my coffee always tastes completely different and i've come to expect at least 2 bad cups out of the week. Today for example, I got the same thing and it tasted like someone poured an ounce of sweetener into my drink and I couldn't even gulp it down. Now I am sitting in the office, tired, irritated and writing this disgruntled review. I need to become that jerk who sips it in the drive-thru and returns it instantly if it tastes wrong and I hate when people do that. When it comes to time, I leave to Starbucks by 6:50 am the latest on the weekdays and my official commute doesn't begin until 7:15. I have to give myself this 25 minute cushion because the drive-thru is very slow. Although the staff is incredibly sweet, they need to tighten down their operations and increase focus on accurate blending, measuring and mixing. Perhaps I just need to find a way to NOT rely so much on coffee. I'm sure my wallet would appreciate that choice more-so than any other.

I went through the Drive-thru to get a Chai Tea Latte no water and I think they forgot to put the Chai in it. It tasted like warm milk. Their line was getting long, so maybe they were in a hurry. I've been to this one before and sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not.

  • Cherry C.

I come to this particular location even if it's sometimes out of my way because when I go through the drive thru, they usually know what my order is. I get a couple different types of drinks, and most of them know exactly what I want to order and how I want my drink. I recommend this Starbucks location.

I've been coming here since it opened and this is my first review for the place. As an indoor Starbucks it's nice, roomy...staff is somewhat acceptable (in exception to the manager in the morning--see below). As a drive-thru...it is horrendous. This is not the longest drive-thru time I've spent at a Starbucks but be prepared to always spend an average of 15-25 minutes waiting in line (unless you come at odd times). What bothers me the most about it is for the last 6 months I would say, the drive-thru staff have been messing around every time I pull up. After someone has been in line for an average of 20 minutes with no way to back out or pull out do you think they want to see people standing around laughing an cracking stupid jokes?? Absolutely not. This morning, I swear they had people fresh out of High School working the drive-thru. Not that all are bad fresh out of HS but this bunch seemed clueless and unprofessional, which for a weekday mornings was NOT the way to run things. SIDE NOTE: The manager (I believe shes the manager) that works most weekday mornings, needs to not correct her staff loud enough for the entire place to here. She needs to be more tactful and pull her barista or cashier aside. Like I said, I've been coming here since the beginning, she's worked there for years and I've always heard her when correcting or scolding a staff member. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Drinks made: depends on who does it unfortunately. It varies far too much if you ask me.

Bad drive thru experience, very poor customer service and unprofessional employees!!! First and last time going to this location.

    (1)
  • Kat C.

Oh Starbucks...you feed my need for caffeine. This particular Starbucks, even thought it has a small parking lot, the service is always so friendly and helpful. I'm just so happy that they are also a drive-thru because when the lot gets full, I can speed through. I do also must have to add, it is much cleaner than most other Starbucks out there. Big bonus!

    (5)
  • Ale A.

They have some really attractive baristas here! My goodness! If only I lived closer! I'd come here every other day! The coffee's not bad either...

    (4)
  • Boona B.

My favorite location. They always get my drink right and are friendly and courteous. It's almost always busy but they are fairly quick.

    (5)
  • Andrea V.

This is the first and probably only time I will visit this location. The baristas were friendly enough, the speed of service was abysmal and the drinks were flat out not good. I ordered an ICED grande americano and there was not a single cube of ice in my cup. Seriously?? I also ordered an iced chai that tasted like milk with about one splash of chai. Horrible. Simply horrible.

    (1)
  • Briana M.

Out of four drinks only two were made correctly... they're too busy talking and messing around to get our drinks made correctly...and my receipt the order is correct...boo

    (3)
  • Adrian P.

Worse drive thru of them all!!! 18 minutes. Wtf?!!!! I wish I could've backed out but 2 came up behind me.

    (1)
  • Gabe C.

I like the food here, it's always fresh. I just got an egg salad sandwich. I also like the shortbread and their Madeleine cookies. But what l like most is the breakfast sandwiches. For coffee I usually get the Hazelnut macchiato with soy milk

    (4)
  • Teresa L.

Five stars for the drive-thru service...the young lady/barista was courteous and the line moved exceptionally fast. Fast and friendly service...that's what will keep me coming back.

    (5)
  • Esther L.

The guys were really nice and polite but it smelled horrible like something was rotten . The smell was not pleasant.

    (3)
  • Chris M.

This location is always busy but really have prompt service. Went in today thinking I could sneak in and out due to the drive thru being so packed and I was wrong, there was 6 people in front of me. I was still out in less than 5 min due to the prompt service. This location has some great comfy/plush seat to relax and work if needed. I never sit in a Starbucks but it looks nice.

    (4)
  • Ashley F.

Been here a few times when I'm in the area, the staff is always super friendly and the drinks are always made very well. Wish I caught the name of the girl helping me right now, super nice and worked very quickly and efficiently, oh and my wallet to tip her!

    (5)
  • Laura M.

So there's 3 Starbucks in the same area one on the other side of the shopping center and one inside of the Target, and after this last visit to this particular SB I'll only go to the other 2. Its the only one with a drive through but its NOT WORTH IT. Its the service that kills it for me, the drinks are just as good here as any other SB but I always end up aggravated. I should have learned the first 2 times that the line in drive through always takes forever, but no I tried it again and this time was the worst. I ordered and when the line finally moved for me to get to their window I was still talking to the barista when she just ignored me and kept talking to her co worker, because of it she over charged my gold card. No uh not going back there again. The one on Citrus side of the center has never made me angry, I recommend going there instead.

    (1)
  • Felipe C.

Customer service sucks at this location and the place was not even bussy. The girl who helped me gave me attitude and did not got my drink correct. Never again I will come to this location again.

    (1)
  • Christianne F.

It is right next to the freeway entrance so you know it gets crowded here during rush hour. 1010 am on a Thursday and the drive thru line goes out to the street! If you find that long drive thru line in the morning, go down to Workman next to the Albertson's. There's a Starbuck's there (no drive thru though).

    (2)
  • Jessica S.

Don't try to do your custom order here they f*** up your order! They make it into what they want not what you ordered...

    (1)
  • Laura S.

Drive Thru coffee... BEST. Ordered my Skinny Peppermint Mocha (I like to call it Middle) and got it and go. No need to go inside and get it. DRIVE THRU! Fast and easy.

    (5)
  • John S.

What the heck is wrong with the drive thru here? I am really discontent with the wait!

    (1)
  • Tania N.

By far bad experience at a starbucks, pull up to the drive thru notice a new menu item (picture and all) for a sausage croissant. I make sure to ask the guy taking my order does it have cheese (allergic) and he replies, "What? what do you want, we don't have that" Uhm well I'm looking at it right now on ur menu? So...then he says "we'll hold on let me check". Finally he comes back says yea ok what else, at that point I order my frapp w/ soy and pull to the window and pay for my meal I tell him I have the cents he closed the window on me he opens it again I tell him after he's handing me a ton a change i have the 5 cents, he says, "well I can't open the register anymore, sorry" So he hands me my ton of change and my drink and closes the window I proceed to wait because I figured my croissant wasn't ready yet. He keeps staring at me through his window re-opens it, and says "do you like want you're receipt or something"? I'm like excuse me? my croissant, he turns and he's like oh yea that's right it was you, hands me the croissant, I'm about to drive off and he says ok it's gonna be $ I tell him I already paid, he says not for the croissant. I pay get home bite into it find out there's cheese inside. So thanks...definitely not coming back to this location. I'll find another Starbucks with better customer service.

    (1)
  • Marie R.

Why all the bad reviews??? As you can see from my check-ins, I'm a Starbucks junkie. The employees are always nice. At one point, they even started remember who I was and what drink I ordered. Thanks for supplying me with my much needed caffeines fixes. P.s. I'm pretty bummed Starbucks raised their prices. Looks like this addict will be going through some withdrawals pretty soon.

    (4)
  • Samuel M.

waited 5 minutes for the barista to finish washing dishes to take my order, when I got my drink and sat down I saw her mocking a customer who kept adding on to her drink to another barista, she could've at least went to the back to do that. Didn't get her name but she was a taller white girl with a very high annoying voice.

    (1)
  • Brittney G.

Its small and usually packed but it is also a drive-thru and right next to the freeway on ramps so... it's forgiven for being small. Also, you can park in the chili's parking and walk around if the parking is packed.

  • James G.

    It's Starbucks...it is what it is...Great Coffee.

    (4)
  • Danny L.

Nice little Starbucks located on a busy corner. Parking can be hectic with limited parking spaces & a small private lot. It can be a little hectic if you drive a full size truck like me. The staff was nice. They didn't have any decaf coffee brewing, so they made an decaf espresso shot Americano which was nice of them. It was a little difficult talking to my client and filling out paperwork with the loud Christmas music in the background.

    (4)
  • Sandra G.

I've always found the employees at this Starbucks friendly and efficient. The drive through moves very quickly and my coffee always tastes great! Highly recommend if you need a quick pick-me-up!

    (5)
  • Christina F.

Great products but SOOOOOO slow. Too much socializing between coworkers and not enough quick drink making through the drive thru when I'm trying to get to work. I love how convenient it is near the fwy but .... yeah

  • Elleen P.

Located in a great plaza. I would definitely prefer this Starbucks over the one inside the Target, because that one is really small and the baristas don't have a good track record of getting my drink right. These baristas at this Starbucks location are knowledgable and friendly and check twice to make sure the drink you ordered on the drive-thru speaker was correct. I've never been here during rush hour, so I can't say anything about the wait. However, even when I come when it's NOT rush hour, it's super crowded & there are a lot of people. The store is really small too, so don't count on finding a table. I think this plaza just has a lot of people in general -- the boba place (Quickly) always has a lot of people in it too, so I don't think Starbucks & Quickly are competitors at all. Anyways, although I do prefer other Starbucks's such as the one in Diamond Bar due to location, this one is great when I go out solely to get a drink or go to Target, since it's near my house.

Very disappointed with this location and their service has been going downhill for quite some time. Several times I have come to this drive thru and the wait time has been completely ridiculous and the service not so awesome. Before you wonder why I keep coming here, it is the closest drive thru to me and i always hope maybe someone was just having an off day and maybe this time they won't be making my drink.. As a former Starbucks employee I know what it is like to work at a busy location but the customer service should still be priority. On thanksgiving day we came here to get our morning coffee like we usually do on the weekends. Issue 1: My drink was a grande upside down caramel macchiato. My drink was ok but it tasted like there was not the right amount of flavor pumps (like I said, former employee). Issue 2: My dad ordered his tall mocha 180 degree mocha no whip. They gave him a tall mocha, luke warm, and only filled the coffee up about 3/4 of the way so they could overload it with whip and skimp on the actual drink. Issue 3: My sister ordered a venti iced coffee with 3 raw sugars and half and half. It looked like they put about 2 drops of half and half. It was nowhere near what she gets at other Starbucks where the actually know what it means when someone says 'with half and half'. I wish we had actually been there when the drinks were ordered but my dad was kind enough to offer to go get it for us. We could not point out their mistakes at the time because they were unknown to us until they were brought back home. Needless to say we were very disappointed considering the price of their coffee and the quality they are supposed to provide to the customer. And finally, the biggest issue of all: the amount of time their drive thru takes is insane. It doesn't matter whether there is 2 cars in front of you or 6. In all of my trips there the drive thru has taken at least 10 minutes to even get to the pickup window. I thin this was the final straw for us and we will not be returning to this location.

Starbucks is on point. Drive thru is fast, the drinks are always well mixed and staff is friendly.

    (5)
  • Michel C.

I always stop by this starbucks before i go to work! It is by far my favorite location. The staff is nice and I usually always get my drinks rather quickly. That is pretty much all i ask for in a starbucks!

    (5)
  • Kevin L.

I've never been in this store, I've only heard horror stories about the service (both when I was a barista and now as a customer). The barista at the register didn't have a great attitude. She was pretty quiet and a little rude when she spoke, not the Starbucks customer service that us customers look for. the barista who made my drink was really friendly and had a conversation with us as she made our drinks.

    (3)
  • Eddie G.

Has a lot of traffic! Busy Starbucks but still faster than most!

I've been to many Starbucks and really don't care for most of them - mostly because of the whole chain coffee shop thing. BUT this is one the best I've been to. Always busy, but always prompt service, especially drive-thru. They can be a little chatty, but I like their service, so it's cool. Leave this place a tip for sure!

    (5)
  • Andrew A.

Slowest Starbucks drive thru. Expect to wait. Need faster works.

    (1)
  • Andrew M.

I love this Starbucks; the staff is super nice and great at their job, the drive thru is usually very quick (which is awesome because I'm usually in a rush!). They haven't messed up a single order for the probably 30+ times I've been there since moving into the area. It's also nice that it's located right off the freeway too!

    (5)
  • Randy G.

This Starbucks in particular kinda sucks because it is on a corner location has a Drive Thru and the Parking Lot is too small for it's own good...The location of the seating is not as good either...and the bathroom floor was kinda dirty... Don't really recommend this one but I know it's a convenience thing for locations usually.

Most of the time rude service. They have a few good people here. It definitly does not include the manager, if the manager is the same . Sometimes my drink is wrong. Usual wait usual over 20 mins, with usually accidently being over charged. Today waited near 23 min, but guy was nice, thus the 2 stars for him and the other dude I never saw again from 2 weeks ago. -This is my edit to yesterdays review. I just saw my bank account. Not only did they make my drinks wrong, they brutily over charged me alot. They did the whole transaction completly wrong. They charged my card many transactions. And I was very late to work because I waited 23 mins in line then another 5-10mins for them to fix my drink. I only ordered a regular coffee. That is it!!! I didnt know a coffee costs $9! THEN THEY MADE ME A MOCHA!!!And some other drink! NO turn around and give me a REGULAR coffee. Also, the very last 2 visits before I made they charged me for creamer. Another time before that the guy was awesome. 2x before that in store restrooms closed early. Another time I got lectured by a snobby girl and a manager about how to make drinks. My usual order is a regular coffee, NO NEED FOR THAT! Lowering my stars for one because I have to give them one. FAILED almost every single time, with a long wait, & with attitude.

Try a red eye, you have to be a coffee drinker to order because it is very strong.

Not a fan of this Starbucks every time I go In the barista are rude. Especially in the drive thru. Except a lead who works in the evening who tends to be very helpful and chill.

I was going to run in for a quick decaf SVL, but there was no parking. I ended up waiting in the drive thru. Since it was a drive thru, I took my drink and ran. If I had been a walk in - I definitely would have had the time to nice they added whipped cream (yuck - defeats the purpose of ordering a SVL). I had to wait to get to my destination to scoop out the cream then drink my coffee. After that it was fine, but a bit disappointing.

Best Starbucks around! They always make my drink right & are always so quick! But the Barista's could be a tad bit friendlier. I mean, its one of the things Starbucks are known for, CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I come here every morning and get my daily tall white chocolate mocha. they make it better than any other Starbucks I've been to. They're extremely quick and have a convenient drive through.

So I usually don't go to Starbucks but today I decided to stop by because I had a gift card. I Pull up to the ordering menu and I ask the guy if he could check to see how much was on my giftcard before I ordered. He said no problem and let me come to the window. He checked my card and recommended a delicious drink-the eggnog latte. As I was waiting for the drink he offered me some ice water while I waited. I took a sip or two and as soon as I looked up my drink was ready! So I left the place with a delicious drink and a nice cold water to drink it down with. Definitely will be back.

It never fails - the drive thru is SO DAMN slow, my order is wrong about 75 percent of the time. When I go inside, my drink is made faster and correctly. My lesson? Get my ass out of the car when I come here. This time, I was traveling with my dog and did not want to leave him in the car. It took over 10 minutes for three cars. Now, I can't fault the employees if everyone ahead of me ordered blended drinks, but they could at least get my order correctly.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. True, at Coffee Bean I can order legal crack and never yawn before the sun rises, but when you are in a rush and need to make a pit stop for your body's octane, this is the stop. One iced venti soy mocha, please. Then, go!

It's dark and I wanted to go through this drive thru...because I felt really lazy....yep...lazeee. I went to order my double cholity chip with easy ice. I order that so there is more liquid in the drink then thickness. I have yet to figure out why people like there drinks real thick. Well, I ordered that drink I spoke to you about...and none of these people knew what I was talking about.. I tried and tried to explain to them....so you go to the other end of the Eastland Shopping Center and ...viola..another Starbuck's and .....they all knew what I wanted..

I do not frequent Starbuck's, but I like where this one is located, and I like its surroundings. It has a cozy patio, the restrooms were clean when I visited, and the service was quick and friendly. My friend and I met here the other night, and we took our coffee(s) and walked around the other outdoor mall areas/sidewalks.

Freeway close and convenient when the drive thru isn't backed up. Parking is limited and always full, but then again show me a Starbucks that has a huge parking lot. Overall, orders are made consistently good.

The girl was really nice kept a smile the whole time through drive thru. Even when I couldn't get my debit card out LOL

I've been to this Starbucks several times now. It's in a great location. Easy off the freeway and then straight ahead on Barranca. Once you pull out of the driveway make a right and there's the 10 freeway to go west once again. Just the other morning, I stopped by on the way to work (had to go to Downey and it was gonna be a long and early morning trip). As I'm ordering my mocha I notice a new product their selling: Sorbetto. Even better yet, this new drink is made of Pinkberry froyo with one of the flavored juices available for this drink. I was able to get a sample from the girl at the counter. It was absolutely yummy. They explained that not all the stores have this product because the machine it takes to make it is very expensive. I definitely want to come back on the weekend and try a full-sized drink. From what I could gather, it looks like it's only in a 10 ounce size. Who woulda thunk. Starbucks and Pinkberry?!?!?!?!

This Starbucks would have rated higher, but they're by the freeway and they close early (like 9:30pm). To further compound the annoyance, they posted their hours as being extended, and then didn't stay open for those hours even as the signs were still up. The customer service is all right (besides the above), and the drink preparation is all right. But I'm really frustrated by the fake-you-out hours.

Very comfy, well decorated (for a Starbuck's) and across the street from Ikea. Great place to get coffee before shopping.

I like this place because it has a drive thru, which always seems to have a long line and that huge dip by the menu that you have to peel out of. The drinks have been ok, sometimes they're just perfect and sometimes they mess up my order by adding way more sugar than I asked for. I tend to see a lot of cars in front of me handing back their drinks. They must mess up drinks here on a regular basis.

I've been having Starbucks pretty often lately since Christmas because of the numerous gift cards I've received. I decided to go down for a change and not go through the drive-thru this time. The lady who helped me was super nice. She answered my questions and was the one who made my Caramel Machiatto (spelling?). She made it exactly the way I wanted it. I also had to buy a gift and she offered me and handled bag and lots and lots of tissue paper.

I like the lay out of this place and the easy freeway access. Also the drinks are well made, but I think they need to put more effort into the hygine department. Guys how about keeping an eye on the tables and the serving counter. When I go through the drive-thru I can't help but notice how dirty it looks. I mean who likes to look at a drive thru window with fingerprints, dirt and spider webs when you're paying $4 for a drink? I suggest getting a water hose and spraying down the drive thru window. Come one Management, step it up!
